  • What are your food service policies?
    You are welcome to use whatever catering service you would like or provide home made food for your guests. There is no cooking permitted inside the barn but we do allow grilling outside in our picnic area. We provide a great catering prep space for you and your food service vendors. Two entrances allow your vendor to move in and out of the prep space without interrupting your event in the main barn space. Vendors can pull right up to the entrance to load and unload. The catering prep area, located at the back of the barn, includes a commercial size refrigerator, large freezer, three sink and plenty of prep tables.
  • What is the barn's guest capacity?
    Our 3000 sq ft barn can comfortably accommodate up to 220 guests, with tables and chairs. A floorplan maker is included with our client planning guide, to assist in creating the perfect seating arrangement for your event,
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    The 30% deposit made at booking serves as a date retention and booking fee and is non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel your booking, this fee will be retained by Leslie Meadows. If balance payments have been made on your account, these will be returned to client with the exception of cancellations made within 30 days of your event date. If your balance has been paid in full and you are cancelling within 30 days of your event, the entire rental rate will be retained by Leslie Meadows. Postponements may be permitted on a case by case basis, determined by our Venue Manager. A postponement fee of up to $500 may be charged. Please see the "Force Majeure" clause in the "Cancellations" section of our Booking Agreement for exceptions and more detailed information.
  • Are we required to use your preferred vendors?
    No, you are welcome to use whatever service vendor you like. We do have a list of caterers, photographers, DJ's and other service providers we work with frequently and highly recommend under our "Locals We Love" page.
  • How do I make a booking and reserve my event date?
    First, visit our calendar page to see if your date is available and then contact us to schedule a tour and meet with our Venue Manager. We require a signed Booking Agreement and 30% deposit down to solidify your booking and hold the date. This deposit is non-refundable. Your balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date. Sunday/Friday booking $2800 rental rate= $840 deposit Saturday booking $4200 rental rate= $1260 deposit Weekend booking $6200 rental rate= $1860 deposit Private Party rates vary, based on guest count and a base rate, contact us with your event details for pricing and deposit amount.   • What are your alcohol service policies?
    You are permitted to bring in your own beer, wine and liquor in addition to non-alcoholic beverages for your guests. All beverages must be served by our professional bartenders. Bartending services are included with your rental rate. We do not charge a service fee or auto gratuity but tips are always appreciated! Our Venue Manager will be happy to assist you in creating a shopping list for your bar service needs that will help keep you on budget and provide the quantities of products needed for your guest count and event duration. You provide all beverage service related items like ice, cups, sodas, mixers and cocktail garnishes in addition to alcohol and NA drinks.
