SMALL CEREMONY & RECEPTION OPTIONS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2020

We are now offering options for small ceremonies and lower guest count receptions, in response to the the requests we have received from couples needing to make alternative wedding plans in 2020.

We hope that these budget friendly rental packages help fill the need this year and we will consider extending the offers to spring and summer of 2021, if needed.

These two packages are available on open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting August 7th, 2020. Please Contact Us with special date requests, we will try and accommodate if possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is required to make a booking and hold my date?


We require a 50% deposit and signed Service Agreement to confirm your booking and hold your date. The deposit is equal to 50% of your rental rate; for example the Saturday rental rate is $3500 so, the deposit due at booking is $1750.




Do we have to use preferred vendors or catering?


Nope! We have no vendor or catering restrictions in place. Use whomever you like for your food service, DJ, event planning or any other event service- with the exception of our bartending staff. All alcohol must be served by our bartenders. Bartending services are included in your rental rate.




What are your food service policies?


We allow you to use whatever catering service you like. We can recommend fantastic local vendors we love! We allow foodtrucks and BBQ caterers to park on the picnic side of the barn. You can bring in homeade food or even BBQ onsite in our picnic area. We DO NOT allow open flames or cooking inside the barn, however. We provide a huge catering prep space inside the barn, for your vendor or family's use. This space includes a three sink, refridgerator, freezer and plenty off prep tables for food storage and service.




What are you alcohol service policies?


We allow you to bring in your own beer, wine and/or liquor in additon to non-alcoholic beverages. All alcohol MUST be served by our bartenders. No exceptions on this one! Two bartenders, for 7 hours of bar service are included in your rental rate. If you want to add more staff or more service time, it is an additional fee. All alcohol MUST be dropped off at the bar for our staff to serve. No guests are permitted behind the bar at any time. At the end of the event our staff will pack up what's left and it is yours to take. We will cut your event short if our staff see alcohol being served outside of the bar area. Our bartenders will NOT serve anyone under 21 years of age or guest who appear intoxicated. We require you to obtain an Event Insurance policy and that policy must include Liquor Liabilty coverage, with Leslie Meadows named as the additionaly insured. This is standard at most venues. What is your cancellation policy?


This is a big one right now. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Meaning, we hold your date and that prevents us from letting any other couple book it. If you cancel on us, we will keep that deposit. We are an outdoor event venue so, all events are considered rain or shine. We do not refund due to inclement weather. This is where that event insurance policy will come in to play, they should cover that loss. In response to COVID-19 and the Governor's executive orders, we are allowing couples to postpone without penalty. Move your wedding to later in the year or even next year, if you are more comfortable. But cancel all together and that deposit stays with us. We are following all current CDC guidelines and executiove orders for outdoor event venues located in region 3. Please see the Force Majure section of our Service Agreement for full details. Read your contract IN FULL and be sure to ask any questions you may have prior to signing it!




What is your venue's guest capacity?


Our barn is 3000 square feet, with additonal seating space located in the mezzaine above the bar. The barn can hold up to 280 guests comfortably. We allow for tent rentals, the farm has plenty of space for a large event tent right next to the barn. We can allow up to 350 guests on the property, with the addition of that tent. The cost of the tent rental is your responsibilty.
